CALDERA SCM Module is the software/tools designed to manage procurement start from MR preparation, MR approval routing, RFQ/TBE/CBE flagging, PO document preparation, PO approval routing, material DO's update followed with issuance control/inventory and Vendor invoices & payments schedule management. It is designed in both desktop version as well Web for on-line approval. By having this function approval of MR and PO can be expedited regardless the person in-charge either in the office or away as long as connected to the internet. The supplies can be grouped into main categories for a better structured status tracking & reporting i.e : project main materials, Tools/Assets, Consumables, Sub-contracting. It has capability of generating a quick handy status, report which from time to time usually required by various department/discipline in the project management team for the better coordinated action.
